Community healthcare solutions provider, CPSI has recently launched a new telehealth solution, The solution is based on technology from Get Real Health®, CPSI’s wholly owned subsidiary. It allows providers of all magnitudes to offer consistent, profitable healthcare services, keeping in mind the medical needs of patients, amid the COVID-19 crisis.

The solution will be available for free throughout the rest of 2020. is a HIPAA- compliant, EHR-agnostic and secure platform, which does not require EHR integration. It facilitates quick interactions, engagement and data sharing between providers and patients, while mitigating disease transmission risk. The user-friendly solution can operate without specific IT resources and can be set up in a matter of hours by healthcare systems, medical practices or hospitals.

Get Real Health president Robin Wiener has reportedly stated that the solution offers providers a unique platform to connect with their patients. The platform aids healthcare providers in making accurate diagnoses, by acting as a safe monitoring tool, and offering a 360° view of the patient’s condition by connecting to their medical devices. features separate patient and provider portals:

  • The solution is also available as an app, Android and Apple. The patient portal allows patients to share their medical details by completing a screening survey for COVID-19, an initial questionnaire and filling out relevant health details, like underlying conditions and device readings. This portal also offers home health device integration, health journals, task list for patient from provider, along with a suite of other tools.
  • The provider portal offers insights and reviews of the health profile of the patients and allows providers to prepare for the virtual appointment. It also offers post-appointment updates and alerts to the clinician.
  • In the initial release, the patient provides data in five key sets; chronic conditions, notable prior procedures, symptom tracker, allergies and current medications, for accurate remote diagnosis and treatment.
