Fujitsu Limited, the Tokyo-based multinational information equipment and service company, has reportedly inked an agreement to join Scaled Agile, Inc.’s partner program as a gold transformation partner. As a member of the partner program, Fujitsu will help businesses to facilitate and accelerate outcomes using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) – considered to be one of the leading frameworks for business agility.
Offered by Scaled Agile Inc., SAFe is a knowledge base of integrated principles and practices for Agile, Lean, and DevOps. By becoming a member of the partner program as a gold transformation partner, Fujitsu will obtain exclusive access to consulting support from Scaled Agile's SAFe experts, allowing it to provide comprehensive, high-level deployment assistance to its customers.
According to sources, Fujitsu will offer clients comprehensive Agile implementation services that integrate SAFe with practical knowledge gathered from aiding mission-critical systems. Moreover, starting in the financial year 2020, Fujitsu will offer its partners and customers with SAFe education programs to encourage large-scale Agile adoption and aid customers’ digital transformation.
Speaking on which, Chris James, CEO, Scaled Agile, Inc. said that the company welcomes Fujitsu's participation in the partner program as a gold transformation partner. As more Japanese companies are striving for business agility as a means of addressing the crucial challenges of digital transformation, they are leveraging SAFe Lean-Agile practices to achieve that goal, states Mr. James.
