  • Huracán STO is a partnered model between Lamborghini’s R&D, Centro Stile, and Squadra Corse departments.
  • The Lamborghini models will supposedly see a change by replacing ICE with hybrid engines by the year 2024.

The Huracán STO is reportedly Lamborghini's last and best entirely internal combustion vehicle. Lamborghini has reportedly announced that the STO is the outcome of a partnership between its R&D, Squadra Corse, and Centro Stile departments.

As per credible sources, the model is well equipped with aspirated V10 engine that produces 640 horsepower and 417 pound-feet of torque. The vehicle is exceptionally and aesthetically designed to provide the best driving experience.

Essentially, the automobile industry is taking a step ahead in electrification, and new Lamborghini Huracán STO emerges out to be one of the best introductions in the same. The STO is a road going, explicitly labeled version of the V10-powered Huracán GT3 racecar from the Raging Bull.

The latest Huracan STO claims to be a good road vehicle in semi-racing trim. The company regards the advanced model as the purest combination of Squadra Corse's motorsports expertise, pulled from Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO as well as GT3 EVO sportscars in a street-homologated super sports vehicle.

Lamborghini has further added that with a direct pedal-to-throttle feel and improved engine sound sharpness at high revolutions, the engine has been adjusted for an extremely sporty and quick racing feel. The STO performs exceptionally well on the road as well as on the racetrack.

It has been speculated that the future Huracán could be powered by a twin-turbo V8 engine with one or two electric vehicles driving the front wheels and a hybrid-assist system bolstering the rear axles.

After the successful launch of the latest Huracan STO model, Lamborghini has stated that firm is all set to launch complete electric vehicle models by 2040.
